The boys all are doing well. Travis is still living with Nana and helps her out around the house and such. He’s working two part-time jobs but just got a big raise so he’s very excited about the possibility of going full-time this year.  He has been part of the Shoestring Theater group and this year, he and Katy will be co-directors/producers of the show. He really enjoys doing that and gets to act and sing in the plays too!  He is also a “CEO” of an Eve Online game corporation which keeps him busy in the alternate evenings between the plays and singing. Recently, he joined  a singing group called Grace Notes, and has performed with them at a number of places including the PBCC Christmas Party.

Meanwhile, Alex moved to Seattle in the early spring to move in with his High School buddy Ian King. Alex’s job is 100% remote support so he can live anywhere. He took his cat – Bastet. Sadly, his motorcycle was stolen but he considers this a good thing since a) it rains a lot and b) he can basically walk to everything he needs.  He sold his car and is walking much more now.  He gets to visit once in a while; was here for Travis’s play, Papa’s memorial and Thanksgiving where he got to go for a motorcycle ride with his Dad.

Ricky is living at home after graduating in the spring of last year. He landed a full-time 6-month internship which then became a permanent position with a small company that develops cell phone apps for businesses. Recently, one of his High School buddies has joined the firm too!  He continues to lead online adventure Pathfinder games and has self-published his own table-top board game.  He also is very willing to help out around the house and has really big plans for mid-next year (you’ll have to wait until next years letter to get the details).
